“From Where We Start: Rethinking the Conventional Approach to Breast Care” On December 3rd, the Khaldunia Institute of Technology and Applied Sciences (KITAAS) conducted an enlightening awareness session focused on educating students and healthcare professionals about modern perspectives on breast health and the vital role of early detection. Following the recitation of the Holy Qur’an and Naat Sharif, the event opened with a warm welcome address by Ms. Riffat Yasmin, Principal of the Nursing College at KITAAS. KITAAS held a vigil ceremony in solemn remembrance of the APS martyrs, honoring their innocent lives and keeping their memories alive. Students and faculty gathered to pay tribute through prayers, candle lighting, and moments of silence. The ceremony reflected unity, respect, and collective grief, reminding everyone of the importance of peace, resilience, and humanity. KITAAS stands committed to preserving the memory of the martyrs and promoting values of harmony and compassion within the community.

The DPT Department of KITAAS is set to organize a Training Workshop titled “Unlocking Movement: Practical Skills in Peripheral Joint Mobilization” on Friday, 19th December 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the KITAAS Auditorium. The workshop will be conducted by Dr. Rooh Ul Husnain Khizar (Gold Medalist), DPT, MS-OMPT, Assistant Professor/Principal and former Physiotherapist at Health Department, Government of Punjab.
