KITAAS (Khaldunia Institute of Technology & Applied Health Sciences) successfully organized a Training Program & Awareness Session on Food Safety E-Learning Management System (ELMS) – Level 1 at the KITAAS Auditorium on Wednesday, 04 March 2026.

The session aimed to promote awareness regarding Food Safety and Hygiene practices and to introduce participants to the Food Safety ELMS platform, enabling them to enhance their knowledge in safe food handling and hygiene standards.

During the session, participants were informed about the importance of maintaining food safety protocols in domestic as well as commercial environments. The program also highlighted the availability of free online training lectures, assessments, and resources through the ELMS platform.
